Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of the market you select and include our packaging and handling. Payment is taken by Razorpay at checkout. Your order is confirmed when payment is captured.

Delivery and customs

Where a market page says duties are included, the checkout price is final. Otherwise you are the importer of record and any duty or tax is payable to the carrier. Risk passes on delivery.

Lab results refer to the lot named on the label and were measured at the date of the report. Saffron is a food; it is not a medicine and we make no medical claims.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; consumers in the EU and UK keep the protections of their local law.
