Orders leave Srinagar within two working days. Every parcel carries its lot code and a lab summary so customs can see exactly what is inside. Saffron is a shelf-stable dried spice; it needs no cold chain.
Returns
Unopened vials can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund; email us for a return label. Opened vials cannot be resold, but if your saffron is not what we printed on the label, read on.
Double-money-back purity guarantee
If an independent ISO 3632 laboratory test shows your vial below the category printed on its label, send us the report and we refund twice what you paid. We have never had to.
Lost or damaged parcels
Every parcel is tracked and insured. If tracking stops for more than 10 days past the expected window, we resend at our cost.
