What we collect and why

  • Order data (name, email, phone, shipping address, items, payment reference): to fulfil your order, clear customs and provide support. Kept 7 years for tax law. Legal basis: contract.
  • Payment data is processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card number.
  • Cookieless analytics (Umami): aggregated page views and events, no cookies, no personal identifiers. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
  • Consented analytics (Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity): only if you accept in the cookie banner. You can withdraw any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer.
  • Newsletter (Brevo): your email, only with double opt-in; unsubscribe link in every email.

Transfers

We are based in India. Processors: Cloudflare (hosting), Razorpay (payments), Resend (transactional email), Brevo (newsletter), Google and Microsoft (consented analytics). Transfers from the EU/UK rely on standard contractual clauses where applicable.

Your rights

Access, correction, deletion, portability, objection and complaint to your supervisory authority. Email us and we respond within 30 days. California residents: we do not sell personal information.
